| Our Products/Services and our commitment to our clients:
- Brand Development Management: the Branded Concept development team will be part of the team accountable for planning and executing the company’s Brand Development work within all channels, with responsibility for multiple functions, including budget management and negotiation, and business resource allocation with key aims to increase our clients brands. Implement tactical sales strategies to achieve sales objectives by identifying vertical growth opportunities to increase the throughput all channels.
- Brand Strategy: Implement activation strategies for customers according to our clients and our own standards. Work with management to develop overall sales plans accurately forecasting possible activities and deals and insure order volume and revenue targets are met.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent frequency of Branded Concepts visits to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of concept locations in all areas of sales, including execution of brand presence, visual roll-out/events, product freshness, in-call check merchandising, and sales volume.
- Brand Organization: Maintain an organized format on each sales call
- Engage in successful selling-in of product programs to the outlets.
- Continuously excel in customer relationship management through external relationships with specific partners, outlets, and interdepartmental working relationships.
- Ensure that all interactions, both verbal and written, are professional and display appropriate empathy.
- Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the value proposition(s) and to be able to present these in context to the customer need; prepare and present strategic business plan, review monthly/quarterly Branded Concepts performance with owners and provide solutions to help outlet improve business.
- Ensure prompt response to inquiries and resolution of questions and/or complaints; work with internal staff/team members to ensure client requirements are appropriately defined and addressed; determine appropriate corrective actions within established guidelines and implement or refer for action as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of customer business strategies and decision-making processes to improve the overall relationship with the customer.
- Investigate and pursue opportunities for added sales that contribute to the organization and its customers/clients. Manage the pipeline of opportunities from current and prospective customers to ensure that sales goals can be met, including qualification of opportunities, proper prioritization of activities, and management of time and commitments to ensure priority opportunities move through the sales cycle.
- Initiate, lead and participate in cross-functional teams to execute promotional activities and merchandising in Branded Concepts locations and review their effectiveness in increasing sales.
- Gather appropriate market intelligence about future client plans, current satisfaction levels, and questions from the client so that timely responses can be made. Find out, share and review competitor activities with internal colleagues and determine appropriate counter measures.
- Maintain documentation, both electronic and physical, of sales activities in order to facilitate appropriate reporting; develop appropriate reports on customer base, potential projects and general customer satisfaction.
- Complete all brand development paperwork promptly, thoroughly and accurately, to ensure our clients profitability and maximize our ability to deliver high-quality services and minimize potential problems or issues in service delivery, invoicing or other sales-related issues.
- Engage competitors' outlets.
- Perform related marketing and events duties.
